Attorney Alice Warburton was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas. She earned her Juris Doctor Degree at Baylor University Law School, she was awarded Second Best Speaker at the National First Amendment Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C.
She joined the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office where she worked in the Appellate and Criminal Trial Divisions. As a Prosecutor, she tried or wrote appellate briefs for cases ranging from misdemeanors to first degree felonies, she then successfully formed her own practice and has obtained dozens of dismissals all over Texas.
In 2013 she received her law license from the State Bar of Texas and currently serves as co-counsel for the Abogado Manuel Diaz Law Firm.
