J.H v. B.C & B.H: CPS

Client’s children were removed in 2015 by CPS and placed in foster care. We were able to have the children back with their parents and CPS is no longer involved.

M.A v. M.S: Custody

Client came to us after his 14-Year-Old daughter expressed she was afraid of moms' new boyfriend. We got our client primary custody for his daughter.

A.R v. A.P: Custody

Opposing party was denying possession and access of the child to our client for 4 years. After a temporary Order hearing, the Judge ordered reunification counseling and our client has 1,3, 5th-weekend visits.

J.M v. M.M: Divorce

Opposing party sought a protective order against the client alleging family violence. We were able to defend the allegation and the court found no family violence, denying the prosecutor's motion.
