Andrew Dammann

Attorney Andrew Dammann earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas A&M School of Law, where he graduated third in his class, and earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of North Texas. While in law school, he was a member of Law Review, where his article was published. He also earned the Equal Justice Award for his 306 pro bono hours at the Federal Public Defender’s Office. He is a career Criminal Defense Attorney who has defended cases in over 30 different Texas counties. He has extensive trial experience in misdemeanors and felonies. Andrew Dammann joined the Manuel Diaz Law Firm in 2025, where he continues to practice criminal defense.
